Shipping and delivery policy

  1. The “Sheila and Shawl” website ships goods to different countries through the “Posta Plus” company, and delivers the goods in the State of Kuwait through the company’s delivery network, and sometimes we use logistical partners as needed.
  2. Orders are delivered same day or next day in Kuwait.
  3. Upon receipt of the goods, we (we or our logistics partner) will ask you for your electronic signature or your manual signature on the invoice. This signature will serve as confirmation that you have received the goods in full as shown in the invoice.
  4. If you are not present at the address you specified, we (we or our logistics partner) will deliver the goods to any person present at the address specified by you, with his signature on the invoice, and thus the customer is considered to have received the goods mentioned in the invoice.
  5. If the address specified by you has been reached and we cannot deliver the goods, please contact customer service to schedule another time to deliver the order. The company is not responsible for any goods that are not delivered within 30 days from the date of purchase.

International shipping:

The person to whom the goods are intended is its importer, who must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the country of destination; Whereas the destination country may apply tax fees, customs fees, and import fees for orders shipped outside Kuwait, and the recipient of international shipping must pay them when the shipment arrives in his country, and he must also pay all additional costs related to customs clearance; As customs policies differ from one country to another.
